- The 10/28 language assessment test result has come back. I’m very pleased that our students did very well which indicates that our school is very competitive in the area. The score sheets will be sent home this Sunday.
- Report cards I will be sent home this Sunday. Please put down your comments and return it back to the teacher next Sunday.
- G3 and G4 will have “Books and Cookies time” this Sunday between 2:45 and 3:15.
- The Cultural day and the Chinese New Year celebration will be held on 2/3 between 2:00 and 4:30pm. The events include food service, arts & crafts, games, and performances. The food and prizes are all from donations. Also the classes that host the games will keep the games’ earnings for the classes.

• Raffle gifts donation, please bring it up to Jaime Wu (samblue79@gmail.com) in the office.

- The National Council of Associations of Chinese Language Schools (NCACLS) will offer a National Preparation SAT II Chinese exam on 3/10/2013 at TCLS. We encourage all our 9th and 8th graders to take the test. It is voluntary for the 7th graders. Students wishing to take the practice test can with their teacher before 1/27/2013. The registration fee is $10, payable to TCLS. Scores will be available by April 30.
- In the event of the inclement weather or snow day the school cancellation will be posted on our website (http://www.thechineselanguageschool.org). You will also be notified via email.
