朱文玉 – shshi, white rice

Shawn – 豆腐卷 bran curd skin roll

Li-Chu – 滷肉汁, 茶葉蛋  meat source, boiled tea egg.

Doris – 伽哩魚丸 carry fish ball

George – 滷豬舌, 滷牛肉 braised beef.

劉媽媽 & Gloira- 大餅, 滷菜, 涼麵, .  Chinese Bread and Spiced tofu, seaweeds and eggs, cold noodle.

Salads:

Lai Chan – Cold noodle salad.

Richard Chen – Pickled daikon, cucumber, and carrot salad

Deserts:

Johnathan – 芋香西谷米 tarot root with Sago

Holly  – cream puffs

Gloria – 烤年糕, Sweet rick cake
