- The extracurricular classes will start next week on September 19. If your children have not enrolled in these classes, Please contact our secretary, Irene Huang. The classes include: Painting, Martial Art, Arts and Crafts, Fun Math, Dizi (Chinese Bamboo Flute), Chinese Folk Dance, Basketball, Ping Pong, Badminton and Chinese Yoyo. If you have questions about any of the extracurricular activities, please contact Terry Hsu (781-538-5026, terryhsu@verizon.net ). If you would like to find out how the orange dinosaurs are made, please ask for the Arts and Crafts class.
- Max, our Fun Math teacher, has kindly donated a bucket of organic pears which will be for sale on 9/12. All proceeds will be donated to the school. In addition, the school bakery will also start operating next week (09/19).
- On September 26, we will hold a Parents’ Meeting from 2:15 to 3:30 in the cafeteria. I hope everyone can attend.
- Please observe the school opening and closing times. Unless you receive special notification, school will start at 2:00 PM and end at 5:00 PM. Please refrain from entering the building before 1:45 PM and leaving the school after 5:10 PM. Our school may incur additional cost for not complying to these rules.

Concert
On Friday September 24, at the Jonh Hncock Hall, the renowned Taiwanese folk song singers, Jin-Chung Shih, Do Li, Jin-Yin Lin, Bo-Sen Wang will perform various classical folk songs, and show off the Taiwanese Culture in the form of music and dances.
The venue is Jonh Hncock Hall, 180 Berkeley St., Boston, MA 02116。Seating starts at 6:00 PM and the show starts at 7:00 PM. Ticket prices are $50, $30, $20, and $10. Tickets can be reserved, by Sept. 15, at school or through Shawn Liu (781-791-7735, thechineselanguageschool.gmail.com). Tickets will be available for pickup from school on Sept. 19.
