  • 10/10 was the national day of the Republic of China, Taiwan. At 10 am, the representatives from The Chinese Language School celebrated with hundreds of others in front of Boston City Hall and rejoined the group later in a dinner event. A big Thank-You to Ching-Cheh Huang (K1 Teacher), Szu-Ming Li (A1 Teacher), Pei Chung Hsieh (General Manager), Mu-Cheng Wang (Board), Su-Ju Chen (Board), Jerry Shiau (Principal 2002), Andrew Shih (Principal 2008) and my family who participated in one or both of the events.   • This Sunday, 10/17, between 2:15 and 3:45pm, Melisa Huang will be hosting a cooking seminar for the parents in the cafeteria. She will be teaching how to make Curry Dumplings from scratch.
  • Next Sunday, 10/24, between 2:15 and 2:45pm, Jerry Shiau, our computer teacher, is going to give a seminar on how to setup PinYin input method in your computer?
  • We are in the process of publishing the school directory and are looking for sponsorship in the form of business advertisements as well as individual donations.  If you know of any potential business advertisers or if yourself can support this effort, please contact Su-Ju Chen (su-ju_chen@us.ibm.com) before October 31, 2010.  Individual or family donor names will be published in the directory (without the donation amount) for recognition.

  • You can now find your parent duty schedule for the 2010-211school year on our website (http://www.thechineselanguageschool.org/docs/parent_duty.pdf) and it will also be posted outside of the office.
  • Parents on duty should report to the Office (Room 243) at 1:45pm. If you cannot come, please contact Vice Principal, Celia Lee(508-337-6071,clee.tcls@gmail.com.).There is a $50 fine for absence without prior notice to the Vice Principal.
