  • It is with great sadness that I would like to let you know that Barbara Alexander Pan, died on February 16 at age 60. In 1994, Barbara and eight other families established The Chinese Language School. She was the first curriculum director. A memorial service was held on Saturday, 2/19. Please read the obituary.
  • Your child will be bringing home the period II report card this week. Please sign and return it to the teacher next week.

    • Parents on duty should report to the Office (Room 243) at 1:45pm. If you cannot come, please contact Vice Principal, Celia Lee(508-337-6071,clee.tcls@gmail.com.).There is a $50 fine for absence without prior notice to the Vice Principal.

  • Quizlet is a popular online memorization tool for language learning. We are glad to announce that we have made the Quizlet available for all the G1 to G7 lessons in flash cards, games and tests. You can find the Quizlet lessons from our website in the Classes page and we encourage parents to practice with your children. Please note that our Quizlet lessons are password protected and the password is ‘tcls’.

 

  • On March 13, the National Council of Associations of Chinese Language Schools (NCACLS) will offer a National Preparation Test for the 2011 SAT II Chinese exam.

2011 New England Chinese Youth Summer Camp

The 2011 New England Chinese Youth Summer Camp at Regis College will be held during the week of the 8/7. Registration starts on 2/1. For more information, please see here.
